Kobi Co. Return, Refund & Workshop Policy

At Kobi Co., we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for both our workshop participants and product customers. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.

 


 

Workshop Cancellation, Refund & Late Arrival Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will receive a credit for a future workshop (valid for 90 days). No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations within this timeframe.

    • No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Rescheduling Requests:

    • Participants may reschedule their workshop at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the workshop will incur a $10 rescheduling fee per participant.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Your reservation will automatically be CANCELLED if you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your session.

  • NO refund or credit will be provided for missed sessions due to late arrival.

Kobi Co.-Initiated Cancellations

If Kobi Co. cancels or reschedules a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staffing, or operational issues):

  • Customers will be given the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days (please note that it may take longer for your bank to process).

Refund Process & Chargeback Prevention

  • All eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days (processing time may vary based on your bank).

  • We do not offer cash refunds for purchases made via credit/debit card.

  • If you do not see your refund within 5 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.

  • By purchasing a workshop ticket, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for a transaction that falls under these terms may result in being banned from future Kobi Co. events and workshops.

Product Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Kobi Co. products! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition (unused and in original packaging).

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • There are no charges for returns.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.

  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
